Seymour Composite Garden Building

Seymour garden buildings come complete with double glazed windows, in aluminium, fully lockable French doors to keep safe what is stored inside. Wall caps are also supplied to provide a seamless finish to the ends of the building. During manufacture, the individual boards are finished with a protective coating ensuring that they won’t fade, split, warp or rot.

Optional extras for a Seymour building include a Rubber Roof (with glue) and a double window. The rubber roof provides an excellent barrier against the elements as it is supplied in one piece, therefore there are no joints for water to seep through. If you want to add the additional window, you must cut out the opening in the side of the building which can easily be done using a jigsaw. (The window area cannot be pre-cut by us, you must cut and fit yourself)

This building measures 2900mm wide x 2900mm deep with a height of 2026mm on the low side of the pent roof sloping up to 2374mm on the high side. It is manufactured using 60% recycled wood which is milled to perfection, 35% high density polythene and 5% additives. The high density polythene gives the components a higher strength than other plastic garden rooms.

All Seymour buildings are NOT supplied with a floor. We recommend either a concrete base or a flagged area which must be 100% flush and level to ensure that the building is stable. Also to prevent moisture from rising through the base, a visqueen waterproof membrane is ideal to fit underneath your preferred base of choice.

Due to our extensive product range, calculating the delivery charge can be complicated. When your postcode has been entered, delivery is automatically calculated by the website and is clearly shown at the checkout. However on certain products, the delivery charged is a covering charge. Should you wish, you are able to contact our staff about this charge as you may be eligible for a lower delivery cost.

For all products that are stock items, deliveries are within 1-10 working days if you are located less than 10 road miles of M26 2UT. If you are over 10 road miles and the delivery is made by Cocklestorm and not our couriers, the delivery will be within 1-15 working days. (Working days being Monday to Friday)

Within a 50 mile radius, your order will more than likely be delivered by our own fleet of vehicles. Over a 50 mile radius, your order may be delivered by our vehicles but more likely via a courier service.

For all deliveries carried out by Cocklestorm's fleet of vehicles, customers will be contacted via E-Mail or phone the day before the delivery is due. This is to confirm the delivery date and a 1 hour time slot that the materials will be delivered. Should the designated delivery date not be suitable or you need to re-arrange, your delivery will fall back to the initial waiting period for deliveries.

Free Delivery: All deliveries within 60 road miles of Cocklestorm Fencing Ltd (M26 2UT) qualify for free delivery. Deliveries over 60 miles are charged at £2 per mile but can also fall onto a pallet rate dependant upon the distance from M26 2UT.

Please Note: For bespoke items such as made to order products, out of stock products, cutting or Barrettine dipping service, please allow additional time for production / purchasing, in addition to delivery times. Bespoke products are NOT eligible for return if you, the customer, have provided the incorrect measurements / information or ordered by mistake.

Important Notice Regarding Courier/Pallet Deliveries: If you are not home & you have a safe place to leave your consignment, our carrier is automatically authorised to deliver your consignment without a signature, please note that this will not be possible on instances where the carrier must leave the consignment on a public walkway or on the road. Please be aware that if the carrier arranges a delivery day & you are not at home to take the delivery & there is no safe place to leave the consignment on your property you may incur a second delivery charge. Note: When ordering heavy products via a courier service, such as concrete or items longer than 2m, you may be required to help unload the wagon.

Delivery Issues: The Customer should check their order promptly and carefully upon arrival, and inform the delivery agent of any damages or shortages discovered at the time of delivery and record this on the delivery record (e.g. "packaging damaged"). If the Customer is unavailable to do this, they should check the order carefully within 48 hours of delivery. In all cases the Customer should notify the Company of any damage or shortfall within 48 hours of delivery.
