Cocklestorm are able to manufacture woodgrain wrapped UPVC plastic gates to match existing runs of such UPVC fencing. They are a heavy duty, robust gate, manufactured from invisibly interlocked gravel boards, supplied with steel bracing and galvanised furniture.
Cocklestorm always advise to hang all gates, especially uPVC, from 4" x 2" or 4" x 3" timber posts. Plastic posts are not designed to hang gates directly from. We also advise to to fit either a padbolt or a tower bolt to the top AND the bottom of uPVC gates. This will prevent any twisting or warping and it will also hold your gate flush up against the gate stop therefore keeping it straight.
