Here at Cocklestorm Fencing, we guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a no fuss guarantee. Therefore, if you are unsatisfied with the product that you have purchased, you are able to return the product and we will supply you with a refund or an exchange. (Subject To Conditions)

Please be aware that you, as the customer, must cover the cost of returning any unwanted materials back to Cocklestorm. If Cocklestorm have sent the incorrect product, we will cover the cost of the return postage. A refund or exchange will only be granted subject to the materials being undamaged having undergone an internal inspection.

*Made to order / altered items are not eligible for return or refund once manufactured. These include products made to order, ordered in specially and dipped in preservatives*

Please Note:- For returns on products ordered incorrectly, you will incur a 10% handling charge.

In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which the you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products unopened within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
