A single-storey playhouse with a 300mm verandah. The Birchcroft has a part glazed door, hung on a piano style continuous hinge with a magnetic catch and two fixed windows. All glazing is perspex. Manufactured from 12mm tongue and grooved shiplap on 34 x 34mm planed and rounded framework. Internal eaves height is 1.2M. The side window can be fitted on either side. The verrandah is included in the overall size.
