  A two-storey playhouse. The Ashcroft comes as standard with an upstairs platform complete with a ladder and safety rail, three perspex glazed fixed windows with decorative shutters and a 300mm roof canopy with facia boards. The door is hung on a piano style continuous hinge and secured with a magnetic catch. Manufactured from 12mm tongue and grooved shiplap on 34 x 34mm planed and rounded framework. Internal eaves height is 1.68M to the lower side and 1.8M to the higher side. Also available with a 600mm verandah.
